Booths are $1950.00 + HST = $2203.50

Exhibit includes:

• Access for 5 people to Tradeshow and Seminars
• Access to the new show app
  • App will be available to all attendees and will enable the vendor to provide information and details about services provided
  • App will enable communication between attendees and vendor
  • App will showcase the logos of the vendors
  • Additional information will follow at a later date
• One draped 8′ deep x 10′(ft) wide booth (blue and white curtain)
• 6′ draped table and two chairs
• 10″ x 44″ sign with your company name

To register you will be required to have:

• Contact name and information for the OIAA information
• Contact name and information for publication in the WP
• Listing Text: A general description of the services the exhibitor provides. Description is limited to ~500 Characters
• Insurance Policy information including policy dates; all vendors are required to have General liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate 
• An accepted payment method of Visa or Mastercard. Please note that AMEX and Visa Debit are not accepted.
