Booth Purchases:

Booths are $2000.00 + HST = $2260.00

Exhibit includes:

• Access for 5 people to Tradeshow and Seminars
• Access to the show app
  • App will be available to all attendees and will enable the vendor to provide information and details about services provided
  • App will enable communication between attendees and vendor
  • App will showcase the logos of the vendors
  • Additional information will follow at a later date
• One draped 8′ deep x 10′(ft) wide booth (blue and white curtain)
• 6′ draped table and two chairs
• 10″ x 44″ sign with your company name
• Company Profile in the WP

Refund Policy:

All Sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend or incorrect selection.

If you have questions prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us (info@oiaa.com) to ensure that your needs are fully understood.

If extenuating circumstances arise, the OIAA may assist you in facilitating a transfer to another vendor- only if there is a waitlist and a vendor willing to take over the booth. A partial refund of $2060 ($2260- $200 administrative fee) may be offered in the event of a successful transfer.

**NEW Additional Agreements**

By purchasing a booth, you and your company agree to and understand the following:

• Booths are to be set up by the company or designate on April 21, 2027 between the hours of 12pm and 4pm.  Your booth must be set up by 4pm.
• Booths and all materials are to remain set up for the entire time the tradeshow floor is open on April 22, 2027 . The tradeshow is open from 10am – 4pm. You agree that you will not tear down prior to 4:00. Failure to meet this condition will result in an administrative penalty from the OIAA in the amount of $500.00 which is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
• All individuals registered must pick up their own badges from the registration desk. Bulk printing of the badges is no longer available. The badges can be picked up from 1pm- 4pm on April 21, 2027 or from 8:30am – 2pm on April 22, 2027.
• It is agreed and understood the the OIAA will not provide contact lists to you. The option to purchase  lead retrieval tool is available through Microspec, our registration partner. You can purchase this service when registration opens. Please note: The OIAA has never sold our attendee list, any emails received about a contact list are not from the OIAA.

To register you will be required to have:

• Contact name and information for the OIAA information
• Contact name and information for publication in the WP
• Listing Text: A general description of the services the exhibitor provides. Description is limited to ~500 Characters
• Insurance Policy information including policy dates; all vendors are required to have General liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate 
• An accepted payment method of Visa or Mastercard. Please note that AMEX and Visa Debit are not accepted.

Non Members and those that do not fall within a category of insurance professional as noted above: $150+HST for the event OR you can register to become a Social Member.
